We offer a variety of green building washing options:

Softwash: Deionized Water Only
Softwash: Chemical Wash and Deionized Rinse
High-Pressure Wash: Deionized Water Only
High-Pressure Wash: Chemical Wash followed by high-pressure rinse with Deionized Water.

If you are on a tight budget we can provide a “quick wash” of your building using deionized water only at a discounted price.

Professional, Trained, Experienced, Seasoned Workers

We have been washing commercial and industrial buildings since 2011 and we have been cleaning windows since 2007. Our first large building wash project was for Metronic located in Northridge, CA where we washed their 500,000 sq ft building and cleaned all their exterior windows. Here we developed a customized plan that included building washing, window cleaning, and worked around their 24/7 research and development laboratory technicians who work around the clock and provide for an unending flow of pedestrian foot traffic. The facilities manger used our services a total of 4 times until she moved on to a new company.

Our second large building wash was for Sysco Foods Los Angeles, where we washed their 484,000 square foot distribution center and office building ahead of their painting company. Their building was black from the diesel exhaust and they needed the building cleaned prior to repainting. We coordinated with their staff to work around the loading docks without disrupting their business operations. We still provide monthly window cleaning services for this location to this day.

Our first high rise building washing service was for Ontario Airport Towers located in Ontario, CA. We washed the entire six story building including the metal trim and cleaned all the windows inside and out. For this project we used an 85 ft boom lift. After we finished with the building washing our point of contact was so impressed. He actually thought that we had already provided the window cleaning service as well because we had already surpassed the previous window cleaning company’s level of clean. They were so happy with our services that they used us 3 more times.
