CalOSHA has very strict rules and regulations for the window cleaning industry when it comes to high-rise window cleaning.

The building owner cared more about saving the cost of certifying the anchors than whether or not some could get hurt and the window cleaning company cared more about the money than their employees. Note: Various methods can be used to clean windows when working at Heights. We can reach up to six stories with an aerial lift and we can clean most buildings at any height with suspended scaffolding. Since, in California, rope access techniques are limited to “last resort” circumstances we generally use the lifts and suspended scaffolding for most projects.
